The Price of our kittens is firm. Deposits are for the purpose of reserving your kitten, and are non-refundable, with the only exception being the breeder can’t produce the Kitten, in which case is 100% refundable. We will only accept a deposit after an initial consultation, either video or voice call. The balance on the price is due upon receiving and verifying your kitten in person, thus completing the sale.

THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS WILL BE USE TO ENFORCE THIS CONTRACT:

ü Breeder will provide a certificate of health, provided by a Licensed Veterinarian.

ü Breeder guarantees the kitten has been dewormed and has receive age-appropriate vaccinations.

ü Adopter agrees to have the kitten checked by a License Veterinarian of their choosing within 5 business days of picking up, and it is advised to keep the kitten isolated from other animals until its examined.

ü If after examination, the License Veterinarian finds the kitten to have genetic illnesses, the Breeder will replace the kitten for another of similar quality upon presenting test results from an accredited laboratory.

ü The breeder is not responsible for veterinarian bills. If the kitten is unhealthy, the adopter agrees to contact the breeder immediately. Do not proceed with treatment unless you intend to keep the kitten.

ü Adopter agree to have prepare a clean and adequate space area for the kitten to settle upon arriving home (NOT CAGE OR CRATE).

ü Adopter agree to have made preparations for feeding, sleeping, playing, scratchers, litter boxes, and grooming prior to pick up.

ü This kitten is being sold as a Pet. We highly recommend to have him/her spayed/neuter at an appropriate age (around 6 months).
